Nina Hauge, MSW, is a results-driven leader with more than two decades of experience administering state and federally funded social service and early education programs across Los Angeles County. She has designed and implemented large-scale systems improvements, leading multi-agency initiatives that strengthened early childhood infrastructure and expanded access to high-quality services.
Nina provides executive-level consultation to strengthen management systems, compliance practices, quality assurance, and workforce development across diverse organizations. She brings particular expertise in Head Start and early childhood systems and is recognized for building collaborative relationships, developing high-performing teams, and implementing data-informed strategies that enhance workforce engagement and drive program effectiveness.
